Returns & Refunds

In store returns are 10 days from the day it was purchased. This policy may change during the holidays, but keep in mind the system has been abused with customers returning items 2-4 months past their purchase date and out of season. We are a small business and can not afford to continue to take returns that we lose money on. 10 days is a reasonable time to decide if a top fits or if you like the shoes or not. 

We currently offer a 20 day return for shipped items. This counts the day it was received b you to the day it is received by us. 
 
Refunds are issued back on the card and thru the same method of which they were received. We do not offer exchanges unless it is the same item. We do not offer store credit. WE GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. Unless your item was a gift and accompanied by a gift receipt. 

All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, free of strong odors ( perfumes, cigarettes etc. ) and with the original tags attached. KAVU bags must have all stickers and sales tag attached as well. Shoes must be in their original shoe box. If they are shipped back, use the poly bag that was used to ship them by flipping it inside out and attach a new shipping label. If you adhere a shipping label directly to the shoe box and ship it unprotected, we will NOT offer a refund. ( YES …this happens ) 

 You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
