Shipping is $8 on orders under $100.00 , Free shipping on orders over $100

It is not a guarantee but we try our best to combine orders when you make multiple orders during sales events. Feel free to send us a dm or text 803-399-1346 to verify we combined and saved you on shipping.We do NOT see the emails in a timely manner and therefore they are not a good way to communicate if you need a response within 72 hrs.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days with holidays being an exception.

During a sale, please allow an extra 2-5 business days.

Store Pick ups will receive an email that the order is complete but don’t confuse this with the confirmation email that simply verified your order was received by our system. A TEXT MESSAGE IS ALSO SENT WITH CURRENT STORE HOURS AND AVAILABILITY TO PICK UP.

We are short on space and ask that you do your best to pick up your order within 5 days. If you are unable to make this work please let us know so we can move your items to our storage  room. We try to send reminders because well let’s face it, life gets crazy and stuff happens. If your order sits for more than 60 days it becomes the property of Southern Blu Boutique, llc and it will be donated to a local charity of our choosing. We do not resell your item and we do offer refunds for items beyond 10 days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We will do everything we can to insure your package arrives safely, however we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

All packages will receive tracking info which is emailed to you according to the email address you entered during the checkout process. If you suspect you entered the wrong email or incorrect spelling we can help you fix that.

If you suspect package is lost or stolen please feel free to contact us @ 803-399-1346 so we can ASSIST you with filing a claim.

Please note, Clearance, flash sale and final sale shoes are NOT shipped in their shoe box. This is done to keep shipping costs down since the items are sale items. We still try to protect EVA foam and rhinestone shoes as best we can. If you encounter a problem with damaged shoes please contact us to remedy the situation. If you insist on the shoes being in the original shoe box please notify us when the order is placed and we can send you an invoice for the full cost of shipping.
